In July 2001, Jtec sold the intellectual property associated with its products to Ericsson. This left the telcommunications outsourcing and managed services business of Panaseer as the only operating business within the Jtec company structure. However, as part of the sale, Panaseer has retained all rights and obligations to continue to support and sell the previous range of Jtec products. This products business is now conducted under our new business name of Panaseer.
